excellent location boat excursion super clean cleanliness fresh options
The location was excellent. i had very easy access to major attractions. staff helped me arrange a great boat excursion with convenient hotel pick-up. the cleanliness was great. Everything was super clean. breakfast was delicious with many fresh options. the food was AMAZING!!!

Excellent Central Hotel
fruit selection tea station helpful staff
The staff were helpful with directions. The breakfast buffet included many options. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit selection. My room included two complimentary bottles of water daily. There was also a tea and coffee station available in the lobby.
The gym was rather small.

perfect location friendly staff easy check-in small area dust issue shared tables
The hotel is in a perfect location. It is within walking distance of many attractions (I loved this). The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Check-in was easy and smooth.
The breakfast area felt very small. There were many people, so we had to share tables. I found the cleanliness surprising, based on other reviews. There was dust in the corners of the room after cleaning.

helpful staff comfortable beds
the staff was friendly and helpful.. even when i needed breakfast earlier than usual, they accommodated me. my room included daily cleaning and comfortable beds.
the pillows were a bit too firm for my liking.

average stay due to tv issues
broken tv late service
the tv was broken when i arrived. i reported it to the receptionist. the staff offered to send someone, but it was too late that night. the technician said they needed to change something, but they could only do it on my checkout day. i think this should have been checked before my arrival.
